Houston's big New Years Eve celebration takes place in the City Centre plaza. The event has live music, followed by a countdown to the new year with confetti and a 60 second fireworks show. This is a family friendly event where kids are be able to celebrate as well with their own countdown to noon. Dress warmly for outdoor NYE fun. Admission is free.
High Noon Countdown
The Woodlands Children’s Museum hosts families for a noon time NYE celebration. The event features creative projects for the kids such as NYE hat making, along with noise makers before the celebration. Museum admission is required for attendance.
