Spending New Year's Eve in Nashville offers fun for the whole family. The Music City boasts many New Year's Eve parties, concerts and fireworks along with some of their most iconic staples such as the Ryman Auditorium where the Grand Ole Opry called home for many decades, or it's signature drink, the Bushwacker which can be found at its place of conception, the Broadway Brewhouse Midtown.
Broadway Street would be the best place to start celebrating New Year's Eve in the Music City. The street is the epicenter of entertainment in Nashville, which includes honky tonks and live country music. There you'll also find shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions and hotels such as the famous Union Station Hotel.

Jack Daniel's Music City Midnight has been Nashville's main New Years celebration for many years. It takes place at the Bicentennial capital Mall State Park. The event has featured many big names in the music industry such as Keith Urban, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, to name a few. This is a music and entertainment event for the whole family with fireworks, confetti and the Music Note Drop at midnight. The event is free.
Acme New Year’s Eve
Acme New Year's Eve has featured, music, balloon drops, photo booths, confetti, and a champagne toast at midnight in their annual celebration. The first floor and the third floor of the event space has had a wide variety of musical performances in the past. Early bird tickets are typically $50 for general admission. The event has also offered VIP booths to large groups. 21+ only.
Big Night Nashville New Year’s Eve Gala
The Big Night Nashville Gala is another solid option for those looking to celebrate New Year's Eve in Nashville. The event has had up to 3000 people in attendance in the past. It has entertained its guests with themed ballrooms, DJs, dance floors, party bands, and party favors. Main Event Tickets usually start at $89. They also offer all-inclusive VIP upgrades that start around $179 per person. Hotel room accommodations are typically available for guests who'd rather not drive or walk after the party is over.
Shindig Mafia’s New Year’s Eve Soirée
Shindig Mafia hosts their annual New Year's Eve party at The Standard. There, guests can enjoy a night of champagne, swing dancing, live music, burlesque, gaming tables and a breakfast bar. Ticket packages have included unlimited complimentary champagne until midnight. Tickets can range from $100 to $3,000.
Nashville City Club
The Nashville City Club has been putting on a very popular New Year's Eve party since 2008. Guests in the past have enjoyed a panoramic view of downtown Nashville, while eating hors d'oeuvres, listening to live music, and having drinks at a premium open bar. This is a 21+ event. Tickets are typically $150 per person. Guests do not need to be members to attend.
