The Last Hurrah
The Last Hurrah is the biggest New Year's Eve party in Salt Lake City, which is located in the Gateway area. It features live music, art installations, performances, a countdown at midnight, a game room, a pop-up bar, and a live concert on the Main Stage. This is a free event.
SLC White Party
An interesting NYE party in Salt Lake City to check out is the White Party, which is a themed party where guests wear almost all white. The SLC White Party is an inclusive to everyone who whishes to take in art, music, and dancing. This party welcomes all, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or ability. General admission typically starts at $40, with VIP access generally being $100.
Snowbird Torchlight Parade and Fireworks
Another unique SLC New Year's Eve party is located at the Snowbird Ski Resort. If you want to get away from the civilization and take in a mountain range and enjoy fireworks at the same time, this is the place to be. Hundreds of skiers with torches ski down the mountain to begin the festivities. It all culminates with a fireworks show. To top it all off, guests can enjoy hot chocolate by the fire pits. Black & White Masquerade
This Black and White Masquerade is one of the top New Year's Eve parties in the Salt Lake City area. Guests will enjoy music from some of the top DJs in the country, loads of entertainment, and a ball drop to top it all off. General Admission usually starts at $59, and the first platinum package is usually $115 with the second one being around $125.
